gun safe question

Tractor supply is having a sale and they have 2 gun safes a 24gun cannon for 499.00and a 24gun winchester for 599.00 the winchester is slightly bigger which one of these safes have a better track record?

Don't know about the Winchester but I have a Cannon. They have a lifetime warranty. It won't have the features of some of the higher end safes but I'm really happy with it for what I paid for it. It will probably keep redneck methheads and gangbangers out.

I would recommend that you make sure the gun safe has a U.L.listing as a residential security container. This will guarantee the gun safe is equipped with an external relocking device. If the lock is burglarized there is a good chance the relocker will activate acting as a secondary lock and making the criminals work a little bit harder. Also bolt the gun safe down.
