Halp me!

I don't know which other gun I should get next. I've narrowed it down to 3 they are all in $500 and I will buy the other 2 eventually but for now I need to pick one.
Glock 21
Springfield XD .45 tactical
Taurus PT 1911
Does anyone know if any of these are going to be discontinued or not imported (or any other reason i wouldn't be able to get one?) A while back I bought a Remington 700 instead of an FAL back when an FAL was $250 for a finished reciever and I ended up paying through the nose to get one recently. the Glock and springfield will probably be legislated against befor e the taurus, (high caps and all) but Taurus changes their product line pretty frequently. So which is it guys?

Check for rebates and freebies from the manufacturers. This may make a $50-$100 difference depending if there are current promotions.

Well...one quick way to narrow down the choice is do you want a poly gun or a steel gun? If you want poly, that cuts out the Taurus, and if you want steel, that leaves the Taurus.

My two cents? It's a whole lot easier to find a 1911 on the used market (even if it's not a Taurus) than the Springfields. Get the Springer. Glocks are dime-a-dozen, and 1911s are all over the place.
