Ran into 2 former Marines at the grocery store today.

They're everywhere.

Happy Birthday to all current and former jarheads here. When the smoking lamp is lit, I'll fire up a nice cigar to us all.

Let's make sure we all fly our flags tomorrow in honor of the Marines and all of our brave soldiers, airman, sailors, and Marines for Veterans' Day.

WHAT!!??!! Tomorrow Marine Day? I thought it was Veterans' Day...Well O K. I can do that too. Happy Navy Day...Just loved those young Marines manning the rail aboard my ship feeding the fish...:D

In all seriousness. HAPPY VETERANS' DAY TO ALL WHO SERVED...

Semper Fi!

Never been a Marine, but they are due major respect. Happy Birthday and I will have my flag flying tomorrow in Honor of all our Veterans to which we owe so much!

I would like to offer a Heart Felt, Thank You!

The world's a dangerous place, I sleep well in my free country knowing there are MARINES on watch.

Happy Birthday Marines

I called my Dad this morning ( he's 84, and a WWII vet, Marines ) and asked him what today was. His immediate response was " Anniversary of founding of US Marine Corp ! " I really got a kick out of that.

Also, a heartfelt thank you and happy Veterans Day to all of those who have served and are serving. God bless you !!!

Happy Birthday United States Marine Corp,

May God bless you and watch over you as you watch over us.

Happy Birthday, but...

...there are no "FORMER MARINES." We are "PRIOR-SERVICE MARINES." (Except for Murtha.)
