Ive tried for years to figure out how to get solvent on the patch with out making a mess and or spilling solvent. I poured the whole bottle in a small spray bottle. I lay a old towel down and spray the heck out of my revolver the cylinders , barrel inside and out, I wipe any spray off of grips right away but then let it soak about 20-30 min and run a brush down barrel and cylinders and then wipe it all off with paper towels and patch until clean bore and cylinders then spray with Rem oil and put a oil patch through it.. Soaking it like that wont hurt anything will it. I think it takes less solvent and no spill's what do you all think. no contamination of solvent like Ive seen some dip the brush in the bottle.
