I've finally decided to get rid of my tiny semi-auto. I just can't shoot it worth a damn.

That being said how much can I expect to get for this little thing?

It's a NAA .32 ACP "guardian" in pretty damn good condition. As in All it's had through it is the one round from the factory (included) and 50 (fifty) rounds of standard ammunition.

Damn! Way more than what anyone here would be willing to give me for it. How do I go about selling something on Gunbroker?

... wait, on second thought ... I don't know the first thing about selling a gun online and it sounds slightly like a hassle. Is there any way one can sell privately? As in reputably private?

Why not post your gun in the sales forum? I have purchased 4 guns off of the THR and sold 3. I have dealt with very good folks so far. All you have to do is name your price and post a few picts. If someone wants to buy it. Once you receive certified funds and a copy of there FFL. You just ship the gun to that FFL. Your on-line customer does the paperwork at there dealer and its out of your hands from there.

I had one, while mine worked & shot fine, I found it heavy & bulky for such a small cartridge compared to some of the newer .380's out there. Anyway, I sold mine to a gun dealer at a gunshow for $315, but I only bought for $250 used. LM

Does not compute.

So you decided you can't shoot it well based on what, if you've never fired it?

Read it again. See the last part of this sentence?

Still not much effort to shoot it well, don't you think?

It probably took 100 rounds for me to get the hand of my KT p32, now I get good CM hits on a B27 at 20 yards.

Agreed, not much effort. Just pointing out that he HAD fired it. Some little guns are like some little dogs, cute but irritating as hell.

I don't know the first thing about selling a gun online...

The first thing you need to know about selling a HANDGUN online is the name of an FFL in your state of residence who will ship it USPS for you. Only an FFL can ship handguns via USPS.

Otherwise, you will have to bend over for UPS and their mandatory overnight shipping policies - which add up to about $70 whenever you want to ship a handgun.

If you find a friendly FFL, he will usually ship it for about half that price.

Online gun buyers will generally balk at shipping costs exceeding $20 for handguns. So, expect to eat any shipping cost over that $20 mark.

Other than the challenge of finding that friendly FFL, its no big deal to sign up for Gunbroker, and list stuff for sale. Or you can list it on "the gun boards." Unless its a unique and special item, and you list it on a uniquely-related gun board, and the folks on that board know you and trust you, Gunbroker is going to be the better avenue.

Heh, I like to think that I gave it a pretty fair chance, but if I already own a pocket gun (albeit a slightly larger one) I don't see how I'm obliged to put "at least 200 rounds" of relatively expensive ammunition through it, just to truly satisfy someone elses standard of "getting used to a gun."

I own a perfectly functional pocket revolver. I bought this little gem because it looked damn cool and had a serial number that's unique. It just didn't turn out to work for me.

If you like the little buggers, I'd be glad to sell it to ya so you can put 200 rounds through it to see if you like it. 8)
Me? I rather like my DS and LCR.
