J-Frame clone- interchangeable parts?

Got a INA Model 3 revolver for cheap... clone of a S&W J Frame, supposedly... and it's missing the rear site blade.

Anybody know if I'd be able to just put in one from a J Frame? Ideas on a place to pick one up for cheap?
