Kel-Tec Sub 2000 Updated Sling Swivel Installation

I bought a S2K sling kit for my Kel-tec, but the design was pretty lousy. You could not use the sling without the swivel backing the screw out. Recently I saw a thread in which someone indicated that Kel-Tec had redesigned this part of the kit. So I called Kel-Tec customer service about it. The person with whom I spoke stated that she didn't know about a redesign, but that she would check it out and send me a new part if in fact it had been redesigned. Well, today I received a package from Kel-Tec with a new plastic swivel (the old one was metal) of a new design, a screw and two washers. It is totally different that the original, but it came with no directions. I could probably figure it out, but I'd rather have instructions before installing. I'm not sure of the arrangement of the two washers in relation to the new plastic swivel. Anyone have this updated version, or installation instructions? Thanks for any help. I'm not registered with the Kel-Tec websites, and they don't seem to get nearly as much activity as THR and some of the others.

I had a chance to play around with the Kel-Tec sling kit tonight. It seems to be working fine, minus the large washer. It became apparent as I looked at the 4 pieces that they went together in a certain way, but with the large washer installed, it still didn’t swivel without backing the screw out. This washer is concave, so I tried it in both directions, with the same result. Finally, I removed the large washer, and used only the smaller one, and the one that was already on the rifle, and it now swivels nicely.
