Kudos to EOTech service

I just wanted to give credit where it's due:

I inadvertently (that's Latin for "like an idiot") left the batteries sitting in my EOTech 511 long enough for one of them to corrode and mess up the terminals. I contacted EOTech's service via email to ask about repairs, and shortly got a reply back from Michael Kroll, a service manager there. Long story short, he sent me the parts to repair my HWS -- from what I can tell they went in the mail less than 48 hours from my initial email, which was in the evening mind you -- and when I offered to pay for them he refused to take my money.

Now that's what I call customer service! So, I'm 'paying it forward' by telling y'all: EOTech does it right.
