MetalJr, I think your ram is twisted. Looking at your first picture your index rod is at a funky extreme angle.

I have noted that if I am not running the indexing (not powdering, bullet pressing, crimping), and have taken the index bar out to simply decap or prime a thousand cases at a time, then the ram will "walk" clockwise. It looks like your's has done the same thing. I simply grab the whole thing and twist it back. This re-centers the index rod and priming arm.
