I do it a little differently than described in the other thread.
1. Done shooting, hands start to come off the gun. Left thumb crosses the backstrap and hits cyl. release. Right hand has come to somewhat cradle the gun under trigger guard and cylinder.
2. Right thumb pushes cylinder out as L. thumb hits release.
3. Gun is being rotated muzzle up 30-70 deg.
4. left hand has left gun, travelling to reload.
5. R. index finger is around front of trigger guard, actuating ejection rod. Right thumb is fully through frame opening supporting the gun, keeping cylinder fully open.
6. Empties clear, gun rotates muzzle down, left hand guides reload in.
7. R. fingers are still cradled under cylinder, clasp it closed as left hand regains firing grip. This is done as gun is coming back on target. R.Hand rejoins support grip.
Sounds awkward to explain, it is stupid fast in action though. I am shooting a 625 on moonclips, that also helps speed up the process. I have done the same with speedloaders.
