liberty .22

i was given a 22 cal revolver in SS. model "liberty 22", made by (liberty arms corp) the cylinder is sloppy and it has west on 1 side of trigger and Germany on other. any one have any clue about this gun? is it a collector item or just junk as i think with the slop? it is dangerous to fire as it shaves the bullet as it enters the barrel from the cylinder.
