M&P340 or G26 or 84FS Cheetah for pocket carry?

I’ve been carrying full size pistols for a long time, a Glock 17, 92FS and CZ85B, but sometimes especially during the summer days I find it difficult to carry concealed a full sized pistol so I leave it at home and take only my folding knife with me.
But as I always wear some kind of vest I’d like to get some new smaller pistol that I could carry in a pocket. Those are my choices: G26, M&P340 (I’d use a .357 ammo) and Beretta 84FS Cheetah?

So based on your experience what would you advise me to get and why? Thank you very much.

My choices would be in order S&W 340 then G26. I could only carry the 84 if I had really big pockets. I do carry a j frame and G26 in a pocket holster often.

I'd rethink the 357 in the 340. You don't lose much going to a +P or +P+ and the gun is much easier to control.

M&P 340 for pocket carry, but the Glock 26 if you actually plan to practice and shoot the thing with any regularity. I've owned both, got rid of the 340. I loved it until I had to practice with it. No experience with the Beretta, but I don't see any advantages of it over the other two.

For pocket carry? I wouldn't even consider the Beretta, the G-26 is an excellent CCW choice, one of the very best available to you, however if you're intending it for open pocket carry(no holster)I'd definitely install the NY-1 trigger module.
The 340PD or M&P is a great little pocket gun, easily the best pure pocket gun of the three you've mentioned, but it comes with a significant pair of trade-offs for it's superior portability.
It's the hardest of the three to shoot(by far), and it carries just 5-rounds, none the less, it's a great choice for pocket carry, at least it is to me...

why a g26 over a g27? same size, and you only sacrifice 1 round to go from 9mm to .40

The cheetah and the G26 are not pocket guns so I'd go with the snuby. Unless you are Andre the Giant they will print horrendously.

The revolver is the only one truly suitable for pocket carry, due to its size and rounded contours. The Glock is too thick and square for truly practical pocket carry, although usable in a pinch. The Beretta is totally unsuitable IMO, with large size and protruberant safety and slide stop.

I like all of them personally. I think the 84 is a little big for the pocket, but if you mostly intend to have it on your belt, and throw it in your pocket occasionally, then the 84 might be a good choice. How big are the pockets on your vest? If you are not going to use a holster, this may be helpful

I have never used one, but it looks nice, if you have some kind of lanyard on your pants to pull it off as you draw.
