M1911 Colt .45 1918

hello i have a M1911 Colt .45 1918 i believe going off the ser# 373,xxx. i see that the grips are from the 1924 models and up along with the rounded mainspring housing. i want to know if this is correct and where i can find the original wood double diamond grips as well as a flat mainspring housing. i am also looking for a original holster. is the hammer correct for this model? any info or ideas would be welcome as a new gun owner
