Mesa Tactical side saddle and ghost ring sights

I am thinking of mounting Mesa Tactical side saddles ammo carrier on my Mossberg 590A1.

I believe these mount by using the top screws of the 590 receiver (instead of attaching to the side screw). But my 590 came with factory ghost ring sights... Looks like i have to remove the ghost ring sights first... then mount the side saddles...

My question is... would I then be able to remount the ghost rings on top of the Mesa Tactical side saddles? Has anyone done this set up? I have not order the side saddles yet... so I don't have one to physically examine.

Mesa Tactical also has a side-mount style of ammo carrier which does not use the top mount screws. It omits the top Picatinny rail.
