One other thing to consider is since the media route and source of the aggressor's actions have all come via computer, i.e., EBay, emails... expect to have some LE types borrowing your computer for awhile as they go through your hard drive checking out everything that may be related to this incident. Maybe even seizing it as evidence if a felonious crime does occur.
Do you use that particular computer for work? It might be out of business for a bit during their investigation. Have anything on there you shouldn't have? Racy photo's, pirated software, posts on various BBS with murmurings of vengence or racial rantings, etc. Don't want too many fingers pointing back at you.
Always remember that one particular warning about anything you say can and will be used against you... it works in both directions.
