Does anyone have any more details on this?
On the surface it looks like photographing your children with guns will land you in jail, the drugs didn't help though. At what age do you think it's ok to photograph your children with guns? I think the 11 month old may be out of line (IMHO), but criminal charges?

What do you think?
 
As long as it's done safely, what's the problem?

There must be more to this story.
 
The story is useless without seeing the photos.

Is it a picture of a seven year old girl in a normal outfit holding her .22lr rifle and plinking out in the country somewhere while mom or dad supervises? I see no problem with that at all.

is it a seven year old girl with baby-daddy's backwards hat, a handgun held sideways, joint in her mouth and baby-daddy's empty beer can at her feet? I see a huge problem with that.
 
Were the guns loaded? Where they pointed in a safe direction? How does marijuana factor into this?

Media sensationalism without enough details to get the whole picture.
 
Probably didn't help that both the kids and the boyfriend in the background were naked. Some people are just sick, sick, sick.

I am guessing that it was just another charge tacked on, and the pictures were a way to be able to get in in the first place. I would bet the real deal is the mj and weapons charges.
 
More than likely they were arrested for illegal gun posession, and the child endangerment, and drug posession are thrown in for good measure. Sounds more sensational to say she was arrested for posing her kids with guns.
 
Everybody involved were pretty much stupid as all get out . Mainly whoever the anti was that turned them in . I grew up around people that should have had child services called on them , but , they never get called on the people needing it . I guess they are so busy dealing with the people that dont have anything going on that is harmful to children to get to the peolpe that do . I really like all of the anti comments below the article . How is a baby and a gun nauseating ? I am glad I am not the person that turned them in , b/c , those people are going to be pretty PO'd .
 
man... I guess the picture I saw last week of a baby on a motorcycle would cause a serious uproar.... that baby could have been killed.
 
someone call the police, fbi, and secret service.. maybe even the IRS.... that baby is in serious danger my friends...

Do you have a link for more details, one that's NOT, I repeat NOT showing the naked BF please! There has got to more to this than meets the eye. (bad pun, sorry)
 
the pic is a baby on a motorcycle guys...as I mentioned in a previous post. No gun in that one...
 
I concur Mystic. With all the horrific murder and mayhem going on around, posing little kids with lethal weapons is nauseating.

Good grief... been searching on the internet and it looks like every news site just copies and pastes the same stories over and over again. Vague with no details is called reporting today.
 
Too little information and too much speculation make this thread a low-yield effort.
