I have seen a few times when a show was opened Friday evening and run through Sunday. Friday evening then was an extra premium cost to get in. That only lasted a couple years and wasn't tried again due to many complaints by attendees . I ran ,(along with a friend) a 100 table show in a local armory for a couple years. It went over well. I gave the vendors a free meal (two BBQ sandwiches, potato salad, cold or hot beans ),each day, and an endless cup of free coffee. I also promised vendors that I would not purchase firearms as they came into the show. Along with that I did not allow the local newspapers to take pictures of their stuff, without the vendors permission. Unfortunately my friend decided to be a regular at the local Casino and dropped out with-ought enough time left for me to find a replacement for the third year. I had to cancel future shows. Instead of working one lousy weekend ( I did all the promotion) , he gambled away the contents of his shop.
