Older Charles Daly O/U ?

I picked up Charles Daly 20ga O/U marked Superior II made in Italy.
It is like new with the box and paperwork indicating it was distributed by Outdoor Sports Headquarters Inc. From what I guess it would be of 1970's vintage ?
I see CD's have been made by Sabatti - would this be the manufacture of this gun also . Thanks for any information.

The model II guns are all recent manufacturer I thought.

The 70's models were close to the Miroku made guns I thought.

I agree with SshooterZ. The one I had was made in the early 70's by the Japs. Well made but I experienced periodic problems with the single trigger selector and eventually sold it.
