One Gun To Rule Them All (Mk. II)

I'm pretty sure a "17" is a full size gun. (or was that a "19"?) I have no idea what at "42" is.

When the weather is cool enough for a windbreaker or vest, I carry a 6" slide 1911 in .460 Rowland. Otherwise, a 5-shot .38 revolver with a 2" barrel. I'd like a revolver with a little more cowbell, but the Financial Disbursement Fairy hasn't visited in quite a while.
42 is a min .380.

One gun to rule them all? I'll pick one pair and call my selection done.

A bit of old school manual operation with some electronics thrown in. Living in the past and the future at the same time.
