Thank you to ImageShack for hosting these photos.
Start with one Desantis Gun Caddie (kind of a fanny pack bag that has two belt loops for wide belt).
Two HKS Speedloader Pouches, black nylon.
You will need about two to three feet of Sticky-Sided Velcro (both hook & loop).
Here is what you start out with (not shown is the Sticky-Sided Velcro):

Notice how the HKS Speedloader Pouch cover flaps are bent back around the back.
This is done so we can use the Velcro on both the flap and the front side of the Speedloader Pouch to secure them into the Caddie.

There are two compartments in the Caddie -- inside the outermost compartment, insert sticky Velcro in three long strips (the length of the Caddie), two loop (fuzzy-sided) strips along the inside (which is actually the divider partition to the back compartment). Apply one strip of the Hook Velcro (the Velcro that has the tiny plastic hooks) along the inside "wall" of the front of the Caddie. The Velcro inside should then look like this:

Carefully insert the HKS Speedloader Pouches, one at a time, making sure the Velcro is lined up and catching on both sides (front and back) to securely hold the Pouches in place.

Here I am, putting in the second Pouch:

Here both HKS Pouches are securely in place within the Caddie:

Here are HKS Speedloaders in the pouches:

I am only using three since the handgun grip will take up some room on the other side of the divider partition that I now have pulled back with my hand:

The divider partition is secured around the top edge with Velcro and there is a tab in the middle top that you just pull to access the gun.
Here is the gun (S&W 642), ready to be placed into the Desantis Gun Caddie:

Notice how the grip of the gun is going to be adjacent to the empty Speedloader Pouch in front.

Carefully line up the Velcro to close the inner partition along the top as follows:

Zip the Desantis Gun Caddie closed, and you are ready to attach to your belt on your strong side front (about eleven or one o'clock position):

You can place some kind of decals or whatever on the Caddie, or simply leave it black.
If you really want the Speedloader Pouches to stick in there, you could always add more Velcro between them both and between them and the ends of the Caddie bag.

Make sure you have the Gun Caddie that fits your gun and the proper HKS Speedloader Pouches which best fit your Speedloaders!

Inspector, that looks like a great package!
Tell us how it works out.
Talk about a go-bag. :)
