Hello,

I have a Winchester 1300 that has a pistol grip that is breaking. I have a folding stock/pistol grip stock for a Remington 870.

My question is, in order to use the Remington stock on the Winchester I need an adapter that has a protrusion for the Winchester and a flat-ish section for the Remington stock so that they will go together.

I thought that it would be a simple kit I could buy anywhere. But I can't find one.

Can anyone help me?

About 20 years ago I put one of the PG kits on my 1300 defender. After getting my right hand all blistered up during an extended session at the range I put the original buttstock back on it. I haven't looked back since. I'll never put pistol grips on any of my shotguns again.

I appreciate the advice, but I havent used the stock on my 1300 in 7 years, including rifled slug and buckshot magnum duty.

I really need a lead on an adaptor. Can anyone help?

I don't know if you can buy just the adapter.

Check ATI though. when I bought the PG stock for my Maverick, it came with adapters for Remington and Winchester.
