K-Frame Pocket Holster
I know that a Model 66 with a 2 1/2 barrel is really too big for pocket carry in general but let me explain what I am looking for and what I need...I sometime grab my K-frame snub when I am running out on a short errand and drop it in my back pocket...I wish I had a holster that would fit in my back pocket and keep the gun in place with the grip above the top of the pocket and then I could let my untucked shirt cover it...any suggestions?

I have never heard of a pocket holster for a K frame.
Sounds like a custom holster is your only option.
I just ordered a holster from this guy he might help.

You can also try the FIST #5 pocket holster - they'll make one for your K-frame. I just received mine today (2 1/4" SP101), and I really like it. You can get it in either leather or Kydex, and it took exactly 2 weeks from order to door. Look for it at Gunner's Alley - their prices/shipping are lower than factory-direct. Fwiw, I carry a K frame 2 1/2" bl in a Don Hume iwb at 1:00, it's ALOT quicker and more secure and I just cover it with a shirttail.
