Price for a S&W 686

Is $529.99 a good price for a smith and wesson 686 Stainless .357 magnum with a 4 inch barrel?

The local Cabelas has one listed in there sales flier for that price.

Condition is brand spanking factory new.

The Smith 686 is a beaut, but again, if you can find an earlier generation with a chromed hammer and trigger in LNIB (Like New In Box), I'd sure go for one of them over a recent vintage.

It's a matter of taste, really, but I like the overall look
of the old (top) over the new.
