Red River Valley Pistol NRA Regional

The Northwest Texas Field and Stream Association Pistol Club in Wichita Falls is hosting a NRA Bullseye Regional September 14-16. If you're in the area and would like to participate, you can get a copy of the program by emailing the match director, Don Van Meter at [email protected] or I can forward it to you as well. I just need your email address to do that.
Besides the 2700 and team matches, there will be a Pistol EIC Leg Match and an NRA Distinguished Revolver match. Friday is an optional day to shoot the .22 match. Saturday and Sunday will be the remainder of the .22 match entrants and the other matches.
The pistol range at NWTF&S is outstanding. It was competed about two years ago and has 35 firing points, turning targets, etc.

Just to report; we had a very good turnout for the regional, 23 or 24 shooters (one only shot the .22 match). Had enough to award two legs for the EIC pistol match and one leg for the NRA Distinguished Revolver match.

The overall winner shot a 2597 and we're all figuring he'll have his Master card in the mail, since he's an Expert now.

One error on my earlier post; the range has 36 firing points not 35.
