I’d like to make a load specific to my Sub2000 that is visually distinguishable from the 147 grain XTP I use in my pistols. Does anyone load this bullet? What data do you use? I use Hornady XTP data for the RMR 147 grain Match Winner. Would 115 grain XTP data be the place to start for the 115 grain Nuke?

I just loaded a bunch of these with True Blue. I started on the low end of 115gr FMJ data and set to appropriate OAL for what i was loading for (another story) :)

If you want to maximize the use of the 16.25 inch barrel, a slower burning powder would give you better muzzle velocities than a regular 9mm load. It's kind of the inverse of why 9mm from a snub nose revolver often has higher velocities than .357 magnum from the same short barrel.
Experimentation required, YMMV, etc. The loads would still work in a pistol, but they wouldn't be optimal by any measure.

Sounds like a job for Silhouette. I have enough to load a 500 pack. Failing that, CFE Pistol should work.

Yep, my N-320 124 Gr load runs the same velocity from a 16" barrel as it does a 5" barrel, but things like AA #5, HS-6, etc will benefit from the longer tube and add 100/200 FPS, maybe a hair more. I've shot a bunch of 9MM loads in barrels from 3" to 16". Have pics of a couple of examples.

Back off that N-340 Load........it's too spicey.......always start low and work up.

I second HS-6 and will add I had good accuracy using the Lyman’s 49th edition loading table for Blue Dot. For once BD performed well at less than a full throttle load.
