Rossi 92 CD from steve?>

i am wondering if the Rossi 92 CD that is like a self help is worth the $35 some bucks thats being asked for it, has any one ever used this CD?

I bought it and used it for my Puma 92. New, the Puma was pretty stiff and took more effort than I wanted to cycle the action using the back of my fingers. Now that I used the CD to clean up the action and replace the ejector spring with one I bought from Steve, this rifle is slick as snot. One finger action cycling.

I have a Rossi 92 that is good, but not -great-, action wise (in 454 Casull/45 Colt). Tell me more about this "CD", what ever it is.
