Ruger Service 6 IN The House!!

ArchAngelCD, I shot it with the T Grip and I like it alot. No more knuckle rapping on the trigger guard. Definately a set up I'll keep. If you are interested in the T Grip, I see them on ebay frequently. The size for the Service Six is #8 if I remember correctly.

...if I was going with the stock factory wooden grips I'd be tempted to add Tyler grip adapter too. I'm thinking about "going downtown" and getting a pair of Badger's in walnut.......$68 plus shipping. I've been spending like a drunken sailor lately ....I may have to wait.

Here's a pic of the Eagle Secret Service grips on the sqare butt Security Six.



This pair fit better than any Eagle grips I have ever owned. Most have needed quite a bit of fitting, but these fit pretty much right on out of the box. I prefer them to the Tyler T grip, but there is the cost factor.

Thanks for the picture. Those grips look great on your Security-Six, they aren't too big fir the gun. I might have to look into getting a set for my Service-Six.
