Russia says it has rights to AK-47

Given that the US government would have barred Boeing from selling the B-29 to Uncle Joe, I don't think Boeing could sue for patent violations.

Sure they can, the Soviet Union interred damaged B-29's that diverted to Russia. Uncle Joe, our ally, didn't bother returning the US property. Instead he ordered the B-29 to be reverse-engineered. Their exact copy was the Tu-4 'Bull.' China may still be flying some of their copies. Later, more advanced Tupolev bombers were built with design features from the Superfortress. Look at the tail turret of the Antonov An-12 cargo plane and you're looking at the tail turret of a B-29. Boeing definitely needed to sue the Russians for patent violations.

But that's ok, support libertarians or Democrats..."no one is going to take your guns away"....

Too whubba who?

From where I'm sitting, it's not just the dems scheming to take away our guns, the Shrub himself said he'd sign a new AWB.. And I've never seen any libertarian say they wanted to take away the guns.

I don't doubt that Dems would want to or attempt to take our guns away (they already have tried to and will continue to try to), but anyone who calls himself a Libertarian would most certainly not. Go to the Libertarian web site. They're basically for as small and impotent a government as possible while still maintaining national security. They are basically against the whole "Nanny Government" Democratic model.

I do see your point that Libertarian votes could potentially give Democrats an advantage in that Libertarians tend to be former Republicans, but saying that Libertarians would take away your guns seems a bit far fetched. Just my $.02.
