Bottom line: Yours is a 4" N-frame; ergo you're "golden". If you're also right-handed, change that to "platinum". Virtually all of the Big Name players in the holster market will have something you can use at about any price level you're comfortable with. And they'll almost certainly have it in stock for immediate shipment.

Try that with a 5", full-lug, M-625. Kinda thins-out the options, doesn't it? Especially if you're one of those weird folks who can't abide 1 1/2" of "empty" forward of the muzzle. Throw in "southpaw", too, and very soon one of the custom shops will be getting another place filled on their waiting list. Thankfully, there're lots of them though!

MY N frames ride in a Simply rugged pancake. I have the chest rig as well for hunting and fishing. I also recommend the Desantis scabbards as well. The aforementioned holsters are relatively plain, not that expensive and well constructed.
