scopes so tell me guys what brand solely for acuracey

Given that you'd like good quality and a fair budget - I'd say Nikon should be on your list. Good lenses, little chromatic aberration, you can get target turrets. Some of SWFA scopes may work. I'd suggest looking at Vector Optics as maybe the only Chinese scope to trust? It should be one of their first focal plane military/LE models with 1000g shock rating.

Others will chime in with good alternatives too. An older 6-24 Tasco target scope would work. They don't come up for sale very often and usually command a premium when they do, but they were a well made scope. I'd not be looking at their current stuff.

Maybe part of your problem could be not mainly scope but rifle related. If accuracy comes back with slowing down your loads then maybe barrel problems and bullet weight.
