Hey all. I bought a Rossi Puma 92 lever gun. It has that reddish, old timey type stain on it. The problem is, when my hands get sweaty, the stain comes off in my hands. I guess they didn't seal it too good at the factory. What would be a good way to seal the stain? Father-in-law mentioned tung oil might work, but I'm not sure if the tung oil would change the color. What would be a good product to put on this stock to keep the stain from coming off? Thanks for any replies
