I don't know successful the Legion concept has been overall for SIG, but I love my Legion, and would definitely consider other Legion models. I have the P226 SAO Legion, but I am drooling over the new P220 Legion in .45... Yummy!
Except for the Greyguns P-SAIT trigger and the big dot front sight, the 225-A1 pretty much has the rest of the Legion features (well, also excepting the mini slide-release and decocker).
And hellyeah, I'd buy a 227 Legion in a heartbeat ... but I gotta get my 220 Legion first ... Already got a couple Legions, the 225-A and a 227 ...
Hmm. Interesting. Probably 'cause the P-220 Legion was so long in coming and is such a big deal. We'll see. Speaking strictly as a SIG fanboy, those X-Ray sights, the Greyguns trigger and all the other fabulous features, hard to believe SIG hasn't heard from 227 fans asking about a Legion version of this pistol ...
Seems crazy considering the Legion is a combat pistol and they dont have the hight capacity model on the radar.
I have shot the 220 legion and it was awesome!!!
