Silver Bear Ammo: Any Issues?

I bought a case of Silver Bear 115-grain 9x18 ammo. Out of the first box I had 2 squibs. The rest shot Ok, and I've never had a problem with the lighter, 94-grain 9x18. Last year Silver Bear 9x18 began production from the Barnaul factory. The older, heavier SB was made at the LVE plant.
