I have a beat-up Stevens Savage Model 15 kiddy rifle, or at least it looks like one. A single shot manual cock version. On the barrel it seems to have a "M" or maybe double triangles pointing to the muzzle. I would like to know if this could be a Green Mountain barrel as it shoots pretty darn good.

Thanks,
BartSr

The Stevens Model 15 boy's rifle has a one piece receiver/barrel unit, so no, no possibility of a GM barrel. Mine was given to me at the age of twelve, I am nearly 60 now, and have refurbed it a couple times through the decades. Still shoots like brand new, pretty fair for such a basic and simple rifle. Love mine.

They made several variants of the Model 15 along with the Model 120 and Model 125 under the Savage, Stevens, and Springfield names. As Bigdog57 Stated, the barrel and receiver is one piece on all of the different variants of the Model 15/120/125. My Springfield Model 120 is still one of the most accurate .22 rifles I own.
