I talked to IDPA to try to get the specific division or divisions that my Steyr M9 can compete in, and they don't have a determination. Does anyone know for sure? I know it will be in ESP, but can it also be in SSP?

Dru at IDPA said the determining factor was that if when the trigger is pulled it cocks the striker, then it can be in both classes. But if not (striker is already cocked), then it is ESP only. (I hope I got that right).

Any input would be greatly appreciated. I have an IDPA classifier tomorrow and was hoping to go with the knowledge instead of assuming someone there will know.

Thanks!!!
