The guy shooting the tactikewl Mosin is a member here but I can't remember his name. He said the gun was built as a joke by someone (not him) and he got to shoot it.
IIRC the "tactical" Mosin is actually a Remington-made one that was somehow damaged irreparably and they made the best out of it that they could while having some fun.
Anyone notice on the page linked to in the OP, it seems that someone has translated the infamous "AK vs. AR. vs. Mosin" comparison?
