I recently (finally!) found a CZ 2075 rami in 9mm. It was used but came w/ the 10 rnd and 2 14 rnd mags with the finger extensions, night sights, box and all paperwork. I thought it was a great deal at $425, so I snatched it up. The first time out, the 14 rnd mags FTF almost every round. The 10 was flawless, but no dice on the 14's. I emailed CZ Cust. svc, explained the problem, and said that I couldn't find the mag springs for purchase on their web site. The response I got back the next day was "Send them to us, we will make it right". Even tho I am not the original buyer? Send them to us......

This is the SECOND time they have fixed a problem on a used firearm. I also have a 720 that developed a crack in a moving part of the action. Same response. Send it to us. It also had a cracked fore stock from my brother dropping his Damascus double barreled 10 ga on it. They sent a replacement stock "because we just can't have a broken stock out there somewhere"

Wow...just...WOW!

CZ-USA service is right up there with Ruger, and STAG ARMS.

Not to mention High Noon and others that are top rated for CS.

Enjoy that RAMI, I'd like to hear about your holster and ammo choices.

Holster selections are hard to find. Crossbreed has an IWB available, but others (from what I have been able to find) have mostly generic "one fits many" types.

I'm shooting it today to test what ammo it likes and I'll report back later.

Good to hear that you had a good experience. I have only dealt with them once over a grip and frame issue on a P01.

The rubber grips have a metal insert in them and they will dig into the frame on the P01 once the rubber is worn away leaving marks like this.

They are 100% aware that it happens. That the rubber covering the metal is not thick enough and that will extended use they said 2500 to 5000 rounds this will happen unless you replace the grips. They said sorry but there is nothing we can or will do for you. The guy was down right rude.

After multiple emails and over 45 minutes on the phone I got to speak with the customer service manager who apologized for the front line rep they sent me a range bag, new grips and a mag which IMHO do not make up for the issue but I had no choice.

Customers should not have to speak to a manger to get issues resolved. IMHO

I have had nothing but excellent and prompt responses to any issue I had, which have been darn few with any CZ I have owned.
I never ran into that rubber grip issue with my P-01 or the wife's P-01, interesting.
To the OP, good for you, and that's what we like to hear! I remember trying to figure out how to change the standard safety to decocker on my CZ P-07, and having CZ-USA patiently talk me through it on the phone.

Same here, my slide stop got broken a phone call was made and they address the issue with a new stop for free.

I had been getting some light strikes on my ten year old Kadet Kit. It seemed to have the problem from the beginning, but it was becoming more annoying. I called CZ, and they sent me the new style firing pin, new firing pin spring, and stop FOR FREE. I offered to pay for it, but they wouldn't accept the money. The Kadet Kit runs 100% now with even cheap ammo.

Little things like that go a long way. I own several CZ products, and will look for excuses to buy more.

Glad you had good service. My experience has been otherwise, to the point of being ignored about a problem I found a fix for.

CZ's are amazing machines but they have teething problems.

1. I love CZ handguns...have had and do have several

2. I have only had one incident (involving CZ 97) with customer service and it was horrid; in fact I might say it was the worst customer service I have ever had on any product I have ever purchased or used; not only did they not even attempt to resolve it, they ignored many emails and never returned any calls.

Gosh, 15 or 20 years ago I bought a CZ 85. The paperwork said it included two mags, yet there was only one. The importer (EAA) was selling extra mags for a ridiculously high price and back then, they were the only source for mags. I suspected they were removing the second mag to make an extra buck.

I called CZ in Europe and told them what was going on (or maybe I emailed them?). At any rate, few weeks later I received an extra mag from EAA, and then some time later I received another one mailed from Czechoslovakia. And subsequently, CZ's sold by EAA all came with the two mags promised.

Will CZ cover their products outside the 5yr warranty? Free? Pay for shipping? I've owned bunches of CZs, and only had a trigger spring break....They quickly sent me a new one.

A buddy of mine bought a 75B SS, and called them about magazines as they were 10rd instead of 16. CZ sent him 2-16rd mags without a question, and didn't ask for the 10s in return. Thats pretty good service!:)
