An Ohaus 505 balance beam scale. I've checked it with check weights and it has never let me down.

I'm gonna say my magnifying retractable desk lamp. It's generous light and 3x magnification makes much, if not all, of what I do at my bench visible. Of course, I'd never give up my 5-0-5 beam scale.
