I purchased this on eBay, 3-5-06 and still haven't gotten it. Paid for with PayPal. I just got a bit nervous today (3-22-06) and checked the auction of this Power Seller only to find out that they're no longer a registered user and their store has been closed. Looked in the feedback (coulda sworn I did that before purchase) and it wasn't pretty.

With a bit of snooping I discovered some info:

I live on the opposite side of Phoenix from this person, and I was quoting you the going rate from about 8 years ago shouted from about 40% of the streetcorners in North Philly.

I'm assuming advances in production methods have kept prices low.

complain to paypal they should be able to get your money back - i think they have some kind of guarantee

thats why i always use my credit card - even if the bill has been paid you can file a complaint up to a year later

and you can always contest the bill and not pay
