Wife's Christmas Present.

She was always complaining she never had a sharp knife even though she is married to a knifemaker. So I made her one out of D2 steel with hollow ground blade.
She loves it. Wont let me use it. She said she knows what I do with my knives.

It is her everyday kitchen knife. I watched her cut her chicken at supper the other night. so it is her steak knife too. She use to complain because I would cut my steak at restaurant with whatever knife I was carrying be it a Bushcrafter or a 700.00 Integral
Now I know why because she didn't have one.
