Please help me resolve a discussion with a friend, who is a resident of Wisconsin....

In Wisconsin residents can now get a concealed weapons license. This allows them to carry firearms, knives, etc. that previously would have been prohibited by their law against carrying a concealed weapon.

There is a seperate law, I believe, that makes carrying a firearm while intoxicated a crime.

Is there anything on the books prohibiting a person with a concealed weapons license from carrying a (concealed) fixed blade knife while intoxicated?

941.20  Endangering safety by use of dangerous weapon.
941.20(1)(1) Whoever does any of the following is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor:
941.20(1)(a) (a) Endangers another's safety by the negligent operation or handling of a dangerous weapon; or
941.20(1)(b) (b) Operates or goes armed with a firearm while he or she is under the influence of an intoxicant

Looks like you would have to actually handle the knife and put another person in danger.
