I purchased an XD 45 last month for $429 NIB. The price seemed too good to pass up. I hadn't had a chance to shoot it until today. I was expecting the XD to be a good solid gun...but what I got was actually pretty amazing. 200 Rounds of Speer Lawman .45 ACP JHP and I had zero malfunctions and respectable groups. As a point of comparison I would say that it's just as accurate, for me, as my Sig P226.
I also used this range session to test the durability of a new Insight M3x gun light. I shot all 200 rounds with the light attached and had absolutely no problems with it at all.
IMO both products are very solid and worth the money.
