Hey guys so i uploaded a new video, thought some of you might be interested in it, whether you have a Polymer frame pistol, or have ever been curious as to how it is done by most companies. this video demonstrates the process that i use to undercut the trigger guard on a polymer framed pistol. now you can do this in a number of different ways but this is just how i like to do it. i hope you guys like the video, and if you haven't already done so subscribe to the channel as it would really help me out and keep you guys up to date on all the new videos released. Hope you guys enjoy. Cheers

I've seen those done a few times, what's the reason for it? Just to get a little more grip on a small grip gun?

I've never had a heavily undercut guard on a handgun, but some of my paintball guns and airguns we're heavily undercut. I usually ended up using grips that filled in the gap behind the guard.

Basically it's to help get a higher grip on the frame, believe it or not this actually helps reduce the felt recoil as your wrist is more inline with the barrel because you are able to grip higher up on the frame.
