Reputable Gun Smith in East Tennessee

I would like to accurize my Ruger SBH. Does anybody have any experience with a competent gun smith that specializes in revolvers in my area? I would prefer to do business locally / semi locally and FTF, but I’m not opposed to shipping it if someone has had a good experience somewhere else. Thanking everyone in advance.

I should’ve stated that in my original post, Knoxville area. Although I’m not opposed to driving to the right gunsmith in the East Tennessee area. Thanks for pointing that omission out.
