Spending the kind of money it takes to buy a new Browning o/u for clays certainly makes me hesitant to proceed without a lot of research. I understand fitment is important if I want to hit clays in consistently high numbers.
I contacted a local gunfighter, who is a champion shooter and has a great reputation for good work. I figure I will shoot more trap than sporting clays and hardly any skeet. He advised me to seriously consider the Browning trap o/u shotguns.
I have narrowed it down to the 725 trap and cxt. How much difference is there in these guns? The price is significantly different. Is the 725 worth the extra coin?
