That sure looks like it to me.I sprayed a powder measure stand with something very close to rcbs green earlier this year. It is just a normal color, I believe it's enamel. I can see what color is on the can when I get home if you'd like!

The textures have changed as well. They've used wrinkled finishes, hammered finishes, gloss enamel and powder coat.Which RCBS green? Their green has changed over the years.

Well that would explain the inconsistent performance.If it helps, I’m pretty sure Frankford Arsenal blue is just Ford blue with a little less zinc oxide white.
