Really interested in the earliest combinations of firearms into formations and such. There's half a millennium of use and I can't think of any movie I've seen with them utilized. I guess Last of the Mohicans sort of meets the mark. If there are any movies, perhaps like around 16th century 'war flicks' that'd be interesting.

From Napoleonic period, you might like to check out the Richard Sharpe series created by British TV.

It follows the adventures of Richard Sharpe who is a rifleman (not a musketman) in Wellingtons Army in Portugal, and winds up saving the Duke from a raid from the French and unfortunately being promoted to an officer. There are prequels too in India.

It's late in your time period, but pretty accurate from a military perspective.

Waterloo - 1970.

Not the most historically accurate film. There are great battle scenes and the ordnance is impressive. All done before the age of CGI and digital effects.

"Sharpe's Rifles", 15 episodes, BBC. Started in 1990 and covers all the Napoleonic wars, including his escape and return. I love the Baker rifle and one of these days I'll get one.
"The duelist". I have that one also but not as historically accurate as "Sharpe's Rifles".

"Alatriste" Spanish with english subtitles. Several scenes involving Matchlock musketeers.
Marred by compressing 7 novels into one movie and by the truely weird sounds used for gunshots.

The Duellists by Ridley Scott is an excellent movie set in that period. Well worth watching if you can find it.
Bukijin, you are the man!
I've been recommending that little known movie for yrs. It's Ridley Scott's first movie and Kieth Carradine's best performance...also a good one from Harvey Kietel! A very good movie indeed!
