What's a good looking pistol? I just got my first gun recently, it's a ruger .22 revolver. Now I want a good looking gun that has that slide thing that you pull back, I think they're called pistols?

It's called a semi-automatic. As far as good looking ones go, that's like going to a car forum and saying you want to buy a good looking car. You're going to get a hundred different opinions and be none the wiser after reading most of them.
hardworker said:No, they are completely different. Revolvers don't have slides. Semi-auto's don't have revolving cylinders and instead have magazines. And to be honest, unless you want a semi-auto 22, that 22 ruger will be about as much fun to shoot as anything out there. Your wallet will thank you. I have bigger guns yet I go through way more 22 bullets than everything else put together and have a blast doing it. As far as finding one that looks good, wikipedia has lots of pictures, or just go to a gun store and look around.
Your revolver is a pistol
I have been corrected by several people.
Pisol - semi auto
Revelver - wheel gun

Love mine. There's a lot of negative feedback on the SIG mosquito.
No, it's not.Your revolver is a pistol
Incorrect. That would be "handguns."All firearms that are designed to be operated with just one hand are considered "pistols".
