Ever see something that did not make a lot of sense?

Ka-bar Pistol Bayonnet....really?

Good ol Clamshell holsters

Anything with T Rex as a caliber designation.

T-shirt type holsters. Maybe they really work. Not mine. I walked around feeling like I had a bad augmentation job.

.50 caliber snubby or short revolvers.

And yes...I saw it. A guy with a pink Kalishnakitty T Shirt.

Miniature bullet proof vests. Maybe I'm fat or at least "make me a pie" big boned, but I tried one of the small US Palm vests. Ok...it protects my heart and some of the lungs, but kidneys, spleen, stomach and other tid bits are important to me too!

I've got a couple of those actually. Got them years ago from a (well known) TFL member. I love them. They are my "teach a girl to shoot" shirts.

Slidefire stock.
Glock "safety" dohickies to get stuck in the trigger guard.
The venerable "Extreeeeeeeme Shock!!!" ammo.

Lasers can't be too far down the list.
 
Ok, I'll give you that one... I can see how they might be useful for indoor dry fire where you are specifically working on trigger control.

Another objection, have you actually played with one of these, they're fun as heck and don't cost 20 grand.

edit to add, yes, I know they're pointless/useless, but sometimes fun has to win out over usability

I wouldn't even say that. Training with a laser is going to create an instinct to focus on the laser, rather than the front sight, before the shot. After the shot you're STILL tracking the laser, when if you're shooting any type of timed event you want to be calling shots and moving on, not stopping and looking for impacts.

I sight them in to where at "X" yards, they're dead on behind the front sight. That forced her to focus on learning sighted fire and not relying on the laser. Point shooting will come, but you gotta start somewhere.

And I still see a use for laser. With a 4 count draw, you can fire from position 2,3 or 4. At 2 and 3, you're point shooting. The laser can aid there since your eyes are on target, anyway.

Nope. As per the OP funny shirts are "questionable", as are impractical gun/caliber combinations. So is one concealment method.
 
One time at band camp I saw a pistol in a magazine that had a skull crusher spike attached to the bottom of the magazine.

.22 Eargesplitten Loudenboomer is a cartridge for a rifle.

This is a great idea. I'm getting right to building my own, lets see I got a machete, old pair of brace crutches, and a Desert Eagle but instead of it being a .50 AE I think I'm gonna chamber it in the above mentioned .17-.50 Earthshatterer. Now will I need to fire form the cases and does anyone have a chamber reamer to suit the Earthshatterer. Might add on a Quad Level seven-niner Tango-Down Tactical LEO/Military grade Sniper certified fully equipped mil dot lighted in of course red and green Night Vision range finding ballistic compensating no way it's possible you will ever miss a shot with "To Hell And Back Reliability" make me a sandwich now SCOPE....! oh and did I mention it has a laser mounted in 3 of it's 7 turrett knobs.
