Nice!
All of them .357's?
Love the wood panel grips on the 4 incher. Wanna trade them for a set of Hogues???

I just bought my first Ruger DA revolver, a 4" GP100. Very impressed with the quality. Chambers and throats are uniform in dimension and very smooth. Good trigger (nicer than my friend's Security Six). Just not a fan of the Hogue grips even though they do fit my hand well.

I think a 3" SP101 is in my future (in .357 of course).

That is one serious pile of sexy right there. Ah loves me some Ruger revolvers.

I have carried the 3" SP101 the most, it rides in a Blade-Tech IWB and is very comfortable, the 2" goes into a heavy jacket pocket sometimes. The six goes to the range a lot, just plain fun. Very pleased with the design and execution on all of these, the Hogues just don't fit me, all have had the triggers gone over and leave nothing to be desired in that department.
The 3" GP is nice to carry and use, it is much like a Smith 65/13 in that respect-just about perfect for an all around wheelie.

very nice photos! great collection OP!

here's my 6"er
I bought it on a whim years ago, went to a gunshow with the sole intent of finding a .357 for a good price, and somehow had never heard of a GP100 prior! I found it for a great deal, inspected the heck out of it and it was NIB. Couldn't pass it up and was even more satisfied once I fired it and researched. I can hit the caps off water bottles with it no problem :)

Decided to personalize it by filling in some of the stampings green
put hundreds of rounds through it since with no loss of color
(don't tell my lady I used her nail polish LOL)

I LOVE this gun and will never ever sell it for any reason

Old/New, I'm not one for engraving, but the green lettering is pretty sick on that gun. Nice work.

I think the picture with the cat would be perfect for meme posters.
"The dog only barks at the mailman."
I did learn the hard way about bore snakes and cats...

I'm a big ruger fan, myself. I've got a SP101 and the scrawny, hyperactive cousin LCP. I'll have to get a picture when I get home. I will say this, though - my future revolvers are pretty much all going to be rugers. Would you consider the LCR the little sister that had plastic surgery?

Thanks! The colored lettering was easy and inspired by a thread on THR, helped the time pass by one of those cold uneventful winter nights :)

and a big LOL to boresnakes+cats, and your take on the LCR!

'Gotta love Rugers- solid, affordable, and pleasing to the eye as well as the target results! THE most accurate handgun I've ever owned is a Super Blackhawk .44mag. I'd like to politely suggest that you also consider S&Ws at some point too though! You'll know why when you shoot one. I will say Ruger has better price/product value for the most part.

Oh, and you mean like this? :D

LOL yes. I've got some ideas I'll have to post when I get home from work. But I think that one easily beats most of mine.

First gun I ever bought. Hand polished, and carry it all winter long. It's the most useful gun I own.

And here's my entry to the caption with Old/New's cat.

right on!
my girlfriend's gonna love 'em

kitty demands more GP100 and SP101 photos! He doesn't have thumbs, but he's pretty clever...

I've been feeling the want for a 3" or 4" GP-100 for a while now... this thread isn't helping me resist at all!

I'm not a fan of the SP101 but I do like the GP100 in all barrel lengths.

I'm a huge fan of the Six-Series Ruger revolvers. Too bad they went the way of the S&W K frames. Nice photos, thanks for posting them...
